This project included a massive steel building on a massive foundation. Bulliard Construction poured 3,600 cubic yards of concrete reinforced with tons of steel to anchor the warehouse. The structure measures 450 feet by 155 feet and is 70 feet high at its peak.

Now fully operational, the refinery produces two billion pounds of raw white sugar annually for shipment by rail and truck in bulk, 50 pound and one ton totes. The refinery operates 24-hours per day, seven days each week.
