Bulliard Construction worked with the Lafayette Consolidated Government to complete Phase 1 of the structural repairs to the Buchanan Street Parking Garage. A decision was made by the engineers to repair the existing six-story structure in lieu of total demolition. The team included Huval and Associates as engineers, Bulliard Construction as the prime contractor, and Bonin Painting and Acadiana Fabricators who supplied all structural steel and assisted in structural steel insulation.
