A 6,500 square-foot single-story commercial construction project with 4,000 square feet of conditioned space, this project was one that every member of our team loved working on. The structure includes a timber frame, bulletproof windows, and a pre-cast concrete vault for safety-deposit boxes. In addition to the bones of the building, Bulliard Construction handled almost all of the detailed finish work, including wood trim, porcelain tile floors, and granite countertops. There was plenty to focus on with this project, and we are proud to say that we were able to effectively design and build every aspect with the help of our amazing general contractors and project managers.
