Coming in at $9 million and 60,000 square feet, Magnolia Elementary in New Iberia represents the largest project Bulliard has completed in its 31-year history. The school was build to replace the old Magnolia Elementary and aid in the consolidation of Lee and Bank elementary schools. Bulliard was tasked with building a three-sided facility featuring a main part to serves as a multi-use cafetorium and two wings for classrooms.

In addition to a cafeteria and auditorium with a stage, the main building includes a library, computer lab and administrative offices. Side wings with 32 full classrooms and two half-rooms are also multi-functional with folding partitions to divide the space as needed and restrooms and sinks in the pre-K units.

The building itself is a simple design of brick veneer with a metal roof, commercial windows and a parapet wall on each end. Each section is about 20,000 square feet, and all meet in a central location.

Open for the 2015-2016 school year, Magnolia Elementary accommodates 57 faculty members and 620 students.

Other projects either completed or under construction for the company include the McIlhenny/Tabasco Visitors Center, Atchafalaya Welcome Center, Lafayette Parish Courthouse, Loreauville Junior High School, Lafayette Consolidated Government Fire Station #4, Our Lady of Perpetual Health in New Iberia and Urgent Care on Pinhook Road in Lafayette.
